 Eadweard J. Muybridge (1830)Muybridge was an eccentric photographic innovator who left a vast and varied body of work. He is best known for his pioneering use of multiple still cameras to photograph the stages of motion. As the year comes to an end, we reflect upon some of the triumphs and the failures...ours and of others. We can only hope that we not only learn from adversity but that in our own silly expectations we have less contrary things happening, for us and our country.
